A lot of easy household items make excellent pet supplies. Maybe the most simple example is the re use of the ordinary plastic grocery bag. Learn to leave an artificial bag next to your doggie's leash so you will keep in mind to take 1 along each time you go out on your walks, because a plain artificial bag makes a fine pooper scooper (dare I say it? A "super duper pooper scooper"). When your dog has complete his business and it's time for you to spotless up the droppings, just put your hand into the artificial bag and pick it up. While holding onto the waste from side to side the bag, turn the artificial bag inside out, and tie it up. Then, neatly tote it house or to the nearest trash can.

Most of us know about the refreshing properties of baking soda and we stay a box in our refrigerator to soak up the odors there. But what about the pet bed? A liberal sprinkle of baking soda surprised into the bedding will absorb odors there as well. Or you can glide a perfumed fabric softener dryer sheet under the bedding for a new scent without an further expense.
